I have a busy schedule.
We have 7 class offerings per day, starting at 5:30am and ending at 6:15pm. We also offer private sessions scheduled at your convenience.

After 6 months, I have hit all of the initial goals I set out for myself when I decided to prioritize my health. I guess I need to come up with some new goals! I can't thank the people and coaches at CF Brigade enough--especially Coach Corinne.
--36 pounds lost
--9.3% decrease in body fat
--Resting heart down 33
--Systolic BP down 40
--Diastolic BP down 37
I was tired and sluggish all the time. My clothes were too tight and constricting. I got out of breath easily. I felt uncomfortable in a LOT of both physical and mental ways. So, I decided that it was important for me to make a change. Did I diet? Yes. But, I did not do some crazy fad diet. We started meal prepping and being more intentional about the times of day we eat. I also decided that I would do some kind of exercise every day, whether that be CrossFit, yoga, running or, often, just taking a walk. I'm 20lbs down from the first photo to now, I'm so much stronger, have immensely more stamina, my mood is more stable, I feel confident in my clothes and I have so much more energy for my babies and my husband and my life!
